OBJECTIVE :

Discover solo free fall in one jump with two qualified instructors >> Filmed jump, debriefing and video included.

PROGRAMME :

About 6 hours of ground tuition (depending on the centres). You will learn safety procedures, how the equipment operates, how to exit the aircraft, how to communicate with your instructors in free fall, how to fly the parachute and how to adopt the free fall position.

You will exit the aircraft at 12,000 ft accompanied by your two AFF instructors. They will continue to teach you during freefall using hand signals. Your skydive will last about 40 seconds at 120mph and you will be supervised by your instructors. Smile (you're on camera!), learn, and fly...! At 5,000 ft you (or your instructor) will open your parachute - via radio, you will receive guidance on how to manoeuvre your parachute to land.

CONDITIONS :

- The minimum age for parachuting in the UK is 16, and persons under the age of 18 must have written parental consent.

- Persons over the age of 40 will require a medical form that will need to be stamped and signed by their local GP.
